If you received a Corrective Action letter in the mail from the Motor Vehicle Division, give us a call or send us an email.  Either way, as a licensed Traffic Survival School we can help you satisfy this directive by enrolling you in our monthly Traffic Survival School course.   In addition to registration by appointment at our Prescott Valley facility we also provide for mail-in registration for your convenience.

Tuition $ 50.00

Please note many classes are filling up a week or two in advance.

Also, instances when a client hopes for a last minute seat availability due to an enrolled student who "no shows" there is a $10.00 fee added to the tuition for same day registration.

Cash or money order only accepted for same say registration.

Though very rare, it is possible a particular class could be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.  Enrolled clients will be notified of the class cancellation by telephone.  Unfortunately, anyone not enrolled believing they can come early and register before class run the chances of discovering that the class has been cancelled when they arrive.

    Evening courses requires you to attend 2 evening classes
We have temporarily stopped offering night classes.

The following (4) items are needed to enroll for Traffic Survival School

1. clear, readable photocopy of original Corrective Action letter you received from MVD directing you to attend Traffic Survival School (front side only).  Please verify copy of letter you are sending reads "Assignment" under heading Action Type found in column located directly below the words Corrective Action on the right side of the page.  If it reads "Suspension" - you will need to speak with Joe in the office to determine if we can enroll you with that letter.  The following information must be readable from the photocopy you forward:
   
                     Driver's Name and complete mailing address
                     Date of Birth
                     Driver License #
                     Case Number
    

2. clear, readable photocopy of Driver License or Arizona ID Card or other type photo ID  
    

3. Tuition - $50.00 cash, money order or personal check made payable to A-1 Driving School

   Personal checks will be accepted if received 7 days prior to day of class.
    

4. Your Telephone # for the school to call and confirm your enrollment
   
   Please be certain that you have circled (indicated) which Traffic Survival Class you are enrolling.

If you wish to drop off the above items at our office located 8200 E Valley Road, Suite B in Prescott Valley (in the Antiques Shops bldg behind the Circle K store at Hwy 69 & Robert Road) and you find the office is closed, please use the mail slot found on the entrance door to the classroom (Suite C).   Thank You.
